The diaphragm is a crucial component of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is activated, the compressed air above the diaphragm is rapidly released, resulting in the quick opening of the main valve. Conversely, when the pulse valve is deactivated, air exits through a bleed hole in the main pulse valve to equalize the pressure on the diaphragm, causing the pulse valve to close promptly.

Applications:

Bag Filter Jet Pulse System

The M/D series diaphragms (e.g., M/D25) serve as the core sealing and actuating components of the pulse valves, releasing compressed air instantly in the bag filter to clear dust off the filter bag surface through high-frequency jet pulses (several times per second).

Operation process : Electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm opens instantaneously → Compressed air enters the filter bag through the jet pipe → Bag expands and shakes off dust → Diaphragm resets and closes.
